Event Video Production in Milwaukee

One event. Sixty days of content.

Your conference took a year to plan and was over in a day. The keynotes, the panels, the award moments, the hallway energy: most organizations let all of it evaporate by Monday.

Chameleon Communications covers conferences, summits, galas, and award ceremonies across the Milwaukee area and Wisconsin, and we plan every shoot around what happens after the event. You don’t get a video. You get a content system your team publishes for the next two months.

Built for the events Wisconsin actually runs

Business conferences and summits. Multi-camera session coverage, keynote capture, exhibitor and networking b-roll, sponsor recognition moments. We work quietly around your run of show and coordinate directly with your AV team.

Galas and fundraisers. The program, the paddle raise, the honoree tribute, and the mission stories that drive next year’s giving. Impact story videos filmed before the event make the strongest in-room fundraising moments, and we produce those too.

Award ceremonies. Winner reactions and acceptance moments become a year of spotlight content: one ceremony, a dozen stories.

Graduations and completion ceremonies. Commencements, apprenticeship completions, cohort celebrations. These double as your most authentic recruiting content for the next class.

Why event organizers choose Chameleon

We’ve done this in your venues. We’ve covered the Converge Tech Summit in the Baird Center Grand Ballroom and filmed speaker sessions at the Brookfield Conference Center, and we bring drone capability (FAA Part 107) where venues and airspace allow.

We coordinate, you run your event. One planning call, a shot list mapped to your agenda, direct coordination with your AV and venue contacts. Your team focuses on attendees, not on us.

Fixed quote, fast turnaround. Social clips land within 7 days. Short, vertical, and built for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, so you can start posting while attendees are still talking about the event.

Your full highlight film arrives within 2 weeks. A cinematic recap that captures the energy, the people, and the story of the day.

Priced as a package, quoted before we book the date.

Frequently asked questions

Do you replace our AV company?

No. Your AV team runs the room; we capture content. We coordinate with them on audio feeds and camera positions in advance so event day is seamless.

Can you deliver clips during the event?

Same-day social clips are available as a rush add-on for multi-day events, so day one content promotes day two.

We have a livestream. Do we still need this?

A livestream is a firehose; almost nobody rewatches three hours of raw feed. We turn the moments that mattered into content people actually watch and share. We can also pull selects from your stream to supplement our footage.

Who owns the footage?

You do. Full usage rights on all deliverables, and raw footage archives are available.

How far will you travel?

Anywhere in Wisconsin, with regular work in Milwaukee, Waukesha County, and Madison.
