This project captures the HFMA Women in Healthcare Conference held at the Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee. The event brought together healthcare leaders, executives, and emerging professionals for a day centered on growth, leadership development, and shared insight.
Our video production coverage highlighted keynote presentations, panel discussions, and authentic interactions throughout the day.
The video work was created to support internal communication, recap outreach, and ongoing engagement for HFMA members across Wisconsin.

Behind the Project
We approached the conference with a balanced video production plan that allowed us to remain present and unobtrusive during the flow of the event. Before filming, we coordinated with organizers to understand speaker timing, room layout, and the key moments to prioritize.
Throughout the day, our team moved between main sessions, breakout discussions, and networking spaces to capture both the professional atmosphere and the personal connection among attendees. The final collection of photos and video reflects a conference defined by collaboration, thought leadership, and a shared commitment to advancing healthcare together.
